We work in phases that build upon one another, with documented accountability at each stage.<\/p>\n

  1. Understanding the Structure<\/strong>
    \nWe map out shareholders, entities, current representatives, banks, contracts, and existing service providers\u2014and the obligations they entail.<\/li>\n
  2. Defining the Representation Model<\/strong>
    \nWe agree on the role and scope of the attorney-in-fact, the resident manager, and the signatory authority, in alignment with the foreign parent company.<\/li>\n
  3. Implementing the local structure<\/strong>
    \nWe execute powers of attorney, update articles of incorporation or bylaws, register changes with the Commercial Registry, and coordinate with banks and authorities.<\/li>\n
  4. Coordinating service providers and authorities<\/strong>
    \nWe act as the single point of contact for accounting, tax, payroll, legal, banking, and regulatory matters.<\/li>\n
  5. Monitor obligations<\/strong>
    \nWe maintain a calendar of corporate, tax, labor, and regulatory obligations, with documented evidence of compliance.<\/li>\n
  6. Report to headquarters<\/strong>
    \nWe translate the Brazilian operation into structured periodic reports, based on which headquarters and shareholders can make decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
